Natalie Glover is an innovative leader who is passionate about empowering valuable ideas through education, communication and organizational leadership. She has a special knack for seeing potential in individuals and organizations—and charting a path to excellence.

As the Managing Director of the Public Interest team, Natalie leads a focused group of professionals who understand and leverage communication strategy and digital storytelling for social good. Her responsibilities include setting the strategic direction of the business; developing a knowledgeable, results-focused team; and ensuring client goals are achieved.

Natalie stays involved in developing strategy and plans for the company’s civic-minded clients, as well as serving in a volunteer advisory capacity to several community, education-oriented and digital media nonprofits.

When not at the Westlake studios, Natalie can often be found in downtown Austin, where she’s been appreciating and advocating urban living for more than a decade. She and her husband enjoy running around Lady Bird Lake, taking trips to warm beaches and spending time with their giant fluffy orange cat, Mango.
